Today I had a very good workout. Getting into shape is very hard when you have let yourself go.  I have had 3 children within five years.  I used to be 140-145 and wore a size 11/12.  I am  now  175 and desperately need to drop the pounds.  My goal is 130.  I tend to lose weight  best by low carb dieting.  This is  not an easy thing to do in the summer with all the cookouts.  I am in need of some cook out ideas.
